Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of coplan. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
coplan is a realtime collaborative list app available on the web, iOS, and Android. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may set reasonable limits on use to keep the service reliable for everyone.
2. Your account
You need an account to use coplan. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your country (at least 13, or the minimum age where you live).
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the lists, tasks, and other content you create ("your content"). You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and sync your content to you and the people you share lists with, solely to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and for who you invite to your lists.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use coplan for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
- upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use the service to send spam or to harass other people.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Free tier, ads, and purchases
coplan is free to use and supported by advertising. You can buy a one-time Remove Ads upgrade to permanently turn off ads for your account. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store you purchased through. The ad-free upgrade is tied to your coplan account and applies across your devices.
6. Sharing & other people
When you invite someone to a list, they can see and edit the content of that list. Only invite people you trust with that content. We are not responsible for how other members of a shared list use content you share with them.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep coplan available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
8. Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, coplan is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using coplan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
